Three Bedroom Waitlist - Please know that the waitlist time being given for our 3BR is indeterminate. This is due to having a limited number of 3BR's, and rarely receiving move out notices on them. The average waitlist time has been one year plus, but can greatly vary.
Our spacious 3 bedroom apartment home offers 2 FULL bathrooms and 1284 square feet of living space.
The apartment includes -
* Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and a washer/dryer hook- up
* 2 Bathrooms. Large full- size bathroom off of the hallway and another full-size bathroom connected to your spacious primary bedroom.
* Abundant storage/closet space that includes, 2 linen closets, as well as a large oversized walk in closet that is conveniently located in your primary bedroom.
* Large separate laundry room off of the hallway with plenty of shelving space for extra storage.
Our beautiful property is located on the outskirts of the village and offers amazing country views all around us.
The Lakes at Ashton Village also offers -
Three stocked ponds with fountains/lights (seasonal). Our ponds are fully stocked and we do allow fishing from them (catch and release only please).
A Fitness Center available for your use 24 hours per day
A large sparkling swimming pool for plenty of enjoyment in the summertime
Your furry friends are certainly welcome, with an additional rent & fees.
Please be advised that all first floor apartments have an 85 pound weight limit and all second floor apartment homes have a 49 pound weight limit (This will be based on projected full grown weight dependent upon breed(s). *Final decision will be made solely on management discretion.
Please note that anyone 18 years of age or older will need to fill out an application, as they will be required to be a leaseholder with us.
