New One Bedroom Units Located on Hwy 421 S - Newly constructed 1 bedroom units on US Hwy 421 in Boone. Rent will include trash and parking (1 spot allotted per bedroom). Tenants are responsible for electric, water and cable/wifi. Washer and Dryers included in each unit. This apartment complex is not pet-friendly. Units in the second building will be available beginning September 16, 2023 (there are no units remaining for the building available in August). Leases will go through July 28th, 2024. Renderings are attached below. No furniture is included and some colors will vary from the renderings.
$1,250 for standard one bedroom units
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit $1,050 is due. Fees are per person. If two tenants are leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit listed above is split between both parties.
