- Completed by each adult (anyone over 18) who will occupy the home
- $50 application fee, non-refundable for each person
ALL info must be completed or application will be considered incomplete.
CREDIT HISTORY:
Minimum credit score of 550 (pulled from TransUnion)
- No outstanding charges to past landlords
- No evictions filed in the last 3 years (meaning you were served notice by the marshal whether you paid in full or moved)
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND:
- Be completely honest if it exists, not an immediate disqualification
JOB HISTORY:
- Must be on job minimum of 6 months.
- Job must be verified by supervisor or HR representative or check stubs
INCOME:
- Gross income (before taxes) must be at least 4 x the rent amount. Pay is combined for group applications.
- Must be verified by bank account, current check stubs, or other source.
