This studio has a daybed, desk, kitchenette which includes microwave, toaster, coffee pot and fridge. There is lots of closet space. Newly furbished bathroom/tub. You have your own washer but shared dryer. Also has access to patio with large back yard. Has security screen door. Ample street parking. Neighborhood is very quiet. Utilies are included with rent. Studio can be shared with 2 students if needed.
