The building itself has study lounges (with soundproof rooms), a hot tub, a full gym, a grill, tanning beds, and 24hr security. It's around $1550 per month (including utilities. Girls only, beautiful view of dtla (with a spacious balcony), and really sweet/clean roommates! It's a 4Person 2B2B and the bathrooms are really huge. There's a in-unit washer and dryer.
