Housing is expensive, and a college student shouldn't have to stress over being able to pay the rent, and go to school. Sometimes we have to think outside the box. This is a bunk bed style arrangement. Utilities will be split amongst roommates. Including shared space of dinning room, living room, kitchen, coined laundry room, and backyard. Also comes with 2-3 weekly cleanings of shared space.
